Along with our book, our road race, the summer camp and whatever other adventures we have planned for our future! -Lola # Friday, April 04, 2003 ( 9:31 AM ) Julie So...today is my first attempt at Blogging (love how these terms are now used as verbs) and Lola went to Hell Lay so she can't blog avec moi. Bummer. We really never run out of things to discuss. And it's not small talk. A friend of mine and I had a lengthy discussion about small talk and how irritating it is. Banter is one thing. But small talk is useless. It fills in the spaces. I prefer the spaces. There's not much space in the world right now. Everywhere you look you see something about the war, the doomed economy, SARS, etc. If you don't see it, you hear it.
